Our hot dip galvanized coating is produced by a metallurgical reaction between iron & the coating material, molten zinc. A series of hard abrasion resistant iron alloys are formed & these are over coated with relatively pure zinc as the product is withdrawn from the galvanizing bath. Our infrashield sm is a coating application system designed to be applied in conjunction with hot dip galvanizing. This coating application technology allows specialty designed coatings to be applied to galvanized surfaces resulting in superior corrosion protection offered by combining cathodic protection with a non-conductive coating.
