Any entrainment remaining is virtually eliminated by the centrifugal action of the separator inside the receiver. The Model 1100 turbine flow meter is designed to withstand the demands of the most rigorous flow measurement applications. Originally developed for the secondary oil recovery market, the Model 1100 is an ideal meter for liquid flow measurement on or off the oilfield. The meter features a rugged 316 stainless steel housing & rotor support assemblies, CD4MCU stainless steel rotor & abrasive-resistant tungsten carbide rotor shaft and journal bearings. This model maintains measurement accuracy and mechanical integrity in the corrosive & abrasive fluids commonly found in oil field water flood projects & many industrial applications. Series PFS Smart air velocity transmitter measures mass flow rate of air, nitrogen, or other non-combustible gases and delivers a linear 4 to 20 mA output signal. The smart electronics permit field configuration of flow range and full validation of calibration. It includes user-adjustable high and low alarm outputs & adjustable time response to track flow fluctuations.
