We can laser cut stainless steel up to 1/2" thickness and carbon steel up to 3/4" thickness. We offer precision band sawing and cold sawing of structural shapes, bars & tubes. Our welding processes include Tig and Mig on aluminum, carbon steel & stainless steel. We design and manufacture conveyors & baggers including hoppers, scale platforms, tote dumpers, rotary tables, personnel bench, wash stations, ergo personnel stands, sanitation lockers, personnel platforms, trench drains, combo dumpers & tables. Our stainless steel hopper is manufactured to meet the customers’ requirements. From CNC machining to CNC laser cutting, we use the latest technology to manufacture food processing support equipment. We also offer installation on all food processing equipment. The stainless steel scale platform is designed and manufactured to meet the plants requirements. The scale platform can be fabricated in a single, double and triple scale platform. Our combo dumper can be plumbed to house hydraulic system or has an integrated hydraulic power supply. All materials are laser cut or CNC machined from stainless steel. We design and manufacture various tanks including blending, marination, holding & stainless steel tanks used in food production. We are also specialized in threaded, welded & groove lock carbon steel and stainless steel & welding of sanitary tubing systems.
