Drill Collar Slips
Each segment of Varco design Drill Collar slips is a rugged drop forging, with an extra long back to provide maximum support to the circular button gripping elements. Full wrap-around design and circular buttons assure positive holding and slip setting. Our Drill Collar slips are flat on top to accommodate the MP Clamp.

Workover Rig
Our self propelled Workover Rig consists of carrier, right angle gear box, draw works, brakes cooling system, hydraulic winch, hydro brake, substructure, swivel, air slip and air system and hydraulic system of driller's console. Except XJ150 with single mast, workover rig use double telescopic mast. We provide single drum and double drum. Our Lebus groove assures wire lines aligning in order and long life. We also export our products to various countries worldwide. We also offer Air thrust Disc type clutch, Band type brakes for main drum braking, brake rims with forced water circulating cooling, hydro-brake or air controlled disk brakes are optional for auxiliary brakes.

Rotary Table

• The Pinion and gear are made of alloy steel.
• The extension and its keyway of the pinion shaft all meet API Spec.
• Both C. Emso and National Oilwell designs are available.
• Being fully designed as per API Spec. 7K
• Provided with rectangular type body and top cover.
• Cartridge type pinion assembly.
• Furnished with safe table lock Assy.
• Ensuring the adequate lubrication of pinion and gear and bearings.
• High efficient mud and oil seals are assured.

706 Accumulator
Our all models of control system are equipped with double pump systems. Even if there is no electricity, the remote control panel can still function normally. The pump system is equipped with the automatic starting and stopping system. With dual safety protection design, the system will overflow and discharge when the system setting pressure is exceeded. The energy stored in the accumulators is high enough to complete closing and opening of BOP several times without the oil pump working.

Our Safety Joint is manufactured to provide safe and easy release and make-up whenever disengagement becomes necessary. This dependable, field-tough tool is designed to transmit torque in either direction when placed in the drill, fishing, or wash over string.

Piston Hubs
Our Piston hubs are manufactured from AISI5140 heat-treated forged alloy steel machined on modern CNC Lathed to exact dimensions. They meet all API tolerances and different temperature applications.
Piston Rods
We provide a full line of piston rods for various pumps. They are made by forged alloy steel, with thermal refining treatment, which results in the excellent mechanical characteristic. Duplex and triplex are available.
Pistons
Our pistons are made with tough and durable rubber for all pressures, available in single-and double acting in variety sizes for most pumps.
