Profile: Omni Structures International, Inc. develops flexible tooling systems. We build flexible workholding fixtures, gauges, accurate assembly jigs and fixtures of all sizes and special machines. Our modular system has a wide variety of applications in designing EDM and fixture gauges, which include elements such as indicators, micrometer heads and true position probes. Our system is used in wide areas of manufacturing, inspection and testing segments. We also offer XTR, which is the combination of connection components and a variety of extruded tube sections to build columns and crossmembers that easily hold large stampings or heavy parts.
