Our compressed air operated Line, Vac when connected to standard hose/tube creates a powerful in-line conveyor. The compact design features large throat diameters for maximum throughput capacity. These conveyors are ideal for moving large volumes of material over long distances. The aluminum Line Vac is the economical choice for general purpose conveying. Our stainless steel models offer good corrosion resistance and are ideal for food service, abrasive/corrosive applications. Standard hose can be attached with a hose clamp. Threaded Line Vac converts ordinary pipe into a powerful conveying system for parts, scrap, trim and other bulk items. It can be attached easily to plumbing pipe couplers making it an easy to build system. We have machined open toe and closed toe mold clamps in stock starting at 4" overall length. We have both heavy duty and extra heavy duty design with sizes that fit all platen bolt specs from 1/2″ to 1 1/2″ in diameter. Our extra heavy duty machined open toe mold clamp starting at 6″ overall length, accepting platen bolt sizes from 1/2″ to 1″ diameter. We also supply nozzle bodies and nozzle tips, screw tips, feed screws, barrels & end caps. We have nozzle tips in both 1/2″ and 3/4″ radius with many orifice sizes & lengths to 6″ in stock. These replaceable nozzle tips are set up with a 7/8-14 male thread in both 37 and 45 rockwell hardness.
