Waste tire processing plant recycles whole tires to a product called crumb rubber. This crumb rubber is then used in numerous applications including sport fields and rubberized asphalt for paving. The steel and fiber removed during this process is also recycled into various products. We also do micronization. Micronizing is the science of taking small feedstock, no bigger than a B.B. and reducing these inputs into sub-micron particles, one quarter the size of a smoke particle. This particle size reduction greatly increases the value of the raw material for the manufacturing of ultra high-grade pigments, abrasives, industrial coatings, pharmaceuticals, reaction dynamic catalysts and metallic inks.
