Pneumatic Control Systems Manufacturers

Pneumatic controls are powered by compressed air usually 15 to 20 psig pressure although higher pressures are occasionally used for operating very large valves or dampers. Pneumatic devices are inherently modulating, as air pressure can be modulated with infinite variation over the control range. Because of their simplicity and low cost, pneumatic controls are frequently found on commercial and industrial installations where more than eight or ten devices are used. Distribution piping in pneumatic control system is usually soft copper tubing with soldered fittings. Nylon reinforced plastic tubing is also frequently used.
