Our industrial furnaces and ovens are custom built to meet the modern day, specialized requirements of industry, by combining the well proven designs & modern techniques. We manufacture atmosphere controlled, continuous, and batch furnaces, ovens & furnaces for aluminum. Our atmosphere controlled furnaces are used for gas nitriding, carbonitriding, gas carburizing, through hardening, bright and spherodised annealing. Our batch furnaces are available in various types such as box type, bogie hearth, bell type, vertical split, pit type, salt bath, drop bottom quench, and high temperature furnaces. Our bogie hearth ovens are applied for composite curing for aerospace application. These are available in the maximum temperature of 250°C. We also offer various other equipments such as vacuum chambers, autoclaves, coating equipments, glove boxes, and spent fuel storage trays. Our vacuum assisted bell type furnaces are applied for spherodised annealing of wire rod coils. These are available in the maximum temperature of 800°C with a batch capacity from 5T to 25T. We also provide various services such as upgrading or replacing the current control system, scheduled maintenance and furnace inspections & equipment evaluations.
