We are specialized in the calibration and certification of most types of CMMs. We calibrate most manual and CNC boring mills & machining centers. All calibrations include angular evaluations, straightness checks, and squareness relationships. This includes leveling the machine as needed. The final step of the calibration is linear positioning evaluation. Here the accuracy and repeatability of each axis is inspected. We also offer other services such as retrofit layout machines and CMM’s, level & certify surface plates, certify rotary tables & linear positioning certification. All calibrations are performed using Renishaw ML10, Agilent and Optodyne laser measuring systems & other precision equipments. Our various applications allow us to work with CAD files and raw data. Our inspection features include large-capacity CMMs, video comparators, fixture/tooling & part inspection, digitizing/scanning, non-contact inspection and development of inspection data from CAD model. We can inspect and certify the tooling at both the build and the installation site.
