We also custom manufacture components as per customers’ specifications from duly tested & certified SS-316, SS-304, brass, alloy steel, carbon steel, copper, and aluminum materials in a modern plant. Our camlock & groove couplings are manufactured as per DIN 2828/MIL-C-27487 standards. These couplings are manufactured from ½ inch till 6 inch sizes in various end connections like male end threads, female end threads, and hose end connections with/without barbed ends to suit ID of hose pipes. These are used for mass transfer of any medium with ease like air, water, gases, steam, oils, chemicals, petrochemicals, cement, slurry, powder, and granules. The working temperature range is from – 40°C up to 150°C and pressure range is up to 400 PSI depending upon size. Our hydraulic pipeline fittings are manufactured from 1/8 inch till 2 inch sizes in various end connections like male and female end threads. These hydraulic pipeline fittings are used for the transfer of any medium with ease, particularly hydraulic oils, air, water, gases, and steam & can withstand pressure up to 10,000 PSI. These fittings provide a zero leak or leak proof sealing which withstands high pressure, impulse vibration and temperature. These fittings are used in machine tools, instrumentation, process control systems, analyzers & environmental equipments in oil, gas, chemicals, petrochemicals, steel, power generation, and paper & pulp.
