Our Programmable Torch positioning Systems are Designed for automatic Torch positioning / manipulation in multi layer welding by MIG/SAW. Our Valve Discs and Seat Rings (R-CO-CR-A) Hardfacing (PTAW) Machine are Designed for doing Hardfacing of Cobalt / Nickel based alloys on carbon steels base using Plasma Tungsten Arc Welding (PTAW) process welding. Our Valve Body to Seat Ring Seal (MIG) Welding Machine is designed to weld seat rings to valve body for gate, globe and check valves.
Board: P.Rajagopalan and C.Balasubramanian, Founding Directors of Primo and T.N. Srinivasamoorthy, Director who became part of Primo in 2001, form the Board of Directors of Primo. The three dynamic and experienced engineering professionals are Primo's main asset. Between them they have more than three decades of work experience in reputed Multi national companies with vast experience in the fields of Welding, Metallurgy, Electronics and Mechanical Engineering. Rajagopalan is an Electronics Engineer, Balabsubramanian a Metallurgist and Srinivasamoorthy is a Mechanical Engineer. Axles Ring & Cover Robo Welding System:
We have designed axle ring & cover robo welding system to be used in
valve industry, which consists of
- Torch 1: 3 sets of manual adjustment slides for bottom ring tack weld torches.
- Torch 2: 3 nos. of mig welding torches for bottom tack welding.
- Drive: 2 axes servo controlled positioners with motorized rotation and motorized tilting with backlash free imported gear drives.
- Positioner: Power operated centralizing fixture mounted on the 2 axis positioner.
- Loading & Unloading: A pneumatically operated 2 axes job loading and unloading unit for transferring the component from tack welder to full welder and full welder to unloading station.
