The steam diffuser controls the mass flow of steam, so that it precisely meters the amount that is required for heating control. Internal modulation delivers stable and vibration free operation & its low pressure drop reduces pump energy demand. Our jet cooker direct steam injection heater promotes mixing and uniform heating of starch slurries. Its precise steam injector alignment delivers radial slurry flow. AC drive systems require no plant air for operation and it is well suited for wet milling, ethanol production & starch conversion.
