Description: Portable Programmable Numeric Control Profile Cutting Trolley - EWAC Star Cut can be used in conjunction with oxyfuel or with plasma cutting machine. The machine consists of linear motion (LM) guide ways for precision motion and accuracy. The programmable trolley is done by manual data input or USB drive. It is compatible with standard MG codes generally used in profile cutting industry. The speed can be varied from 0-2300 mm/minute, which can cover both oxyfuel and plasma cutting. The unit is very robust and specially made for Indian conditions. The standard machine is supplied with Fastcam nesting software. Nesting is a function which places the multiple parts on a plate which when followed by profile cutting minimizes the scrap and produces the best quality-cutting parts and maximizes the utilization of the plate. The operating panel is user friendly. It is equipped with specially designed gas equipment that ensures no entangling of hoses during operation. The machine works on 230V single-phase supply. The machine will be provided with flash back arrestors for the safety during operation, and along with bellows, and gas On/Off as optional for better maintenance and long life. The machine can be used for straight line/bevelling and for cutting any type of profile. The profile made in Auto CAD DXF file can be used directly for code generation acceptable by machine using Fastcam software in the machine.
