Radiant Heaters Manufacturers

Radiant heaters produce electromagnetic radiation, largely in the infrared, which is identical to light in all but wavelength. This radiation is emitted spontaneously from any heated object, the total quantity increasing rapidly and the average wavelength reducing as it becomes hotter. Radiant heaters are placed in four groups according to wavelength: short wave, medium wave, long wave and low temperature hot water. The first three types have very hot elements and produce intense radiation, which may ignite materials placed too close to them. The shorter the wavelength, the more compact the source and the greater the proportion of radiation to total heat output.
