Profile: Re-ball Limited specializes in the repair, analysis and sale of ball screws, linear guides, actuators & machine tool supplies. We offer comprehensive ball screw repair services, to get production up and running. We repair ball screws from 6mm up to, and including 125mm & as long as 7000mm. We have an optical projection facility, that examines the thread forms and dimensions of ball screws to within 0.001mm accuracy. Vertical high speed testing, measurement of running temperatures and polishing of ball screws up to 1500mm are carried out on our special test rig. We also offer spindle repair services. We repair spindle shafts, seal diameters, housings, white metal bearing journals and shafts. We carry out reverse engineering to improve existing spindle systems. This includes remake of spindles, that are worn beyond repair. We provide detailed teardown reports, giving precise analysis of the cause of failure with every quotation.
