Rotary Lobe Sludge Pumps Manufacturers

Rotary-Lobe pumps are positive displacement pumps in which two rotating synchronous lobes push the fluid through the pump. Rotational speed and sharing stresses are low. For sludge pumping, lobes are made of hard metal or hard rubber. An advantage of using this pump is that the lobe replacement is less costly than rotor and stator replacement for progressive cavity pumps. These rotary pumps, like other positive displacement pumps must be protected against pipeline obstructions.
