Metallurgical Furnaces
Chamber Furnace Models are front / top loading with 3 sides / 4 sides and bottom heated with hinged / vertical counter weight door opening arrangement. These are manually operated batch type models with separate control panel.

Bogie Hearth Furnaces
Bogie Hearth Models are custom build furnaces for various heat treatment processes of large / big components. The general arrangement is rectangular horizontal chamber constructed out of refractory with high service temperature, with vertical lifting counter balanced insulated door.

Water Wash Spray Booth
Spray Booth will incorporate efficient water wash principle. Air will be drawn from the work area with over spray, dust and fumes into a water curtain. The exhaust air will be washed twice, once as it passes through the curtain and then again as it is scrubbed and agitated in a dense water spray created by a series of overlapping water spray nozzles.

Thermosyphone is normally used for domestic and smaller capacity applications. The absorber panel is exposed to sun-rays & absorbs heat, which is conducted to water filled in copper riser.
