Our machines are capable of the sharpest of cuts up to a 45° angle, while still handling large parts. These are well suitable for intricate shapes which require sharp corners and small inside corner radii. We utilize wire EDM machining to provide results for both short and long run projects. The wire EDM can make the most complex components simple and the simplest parts faster & better. We also provide options for precision machining with abrasive waterjet cutting. Waterjet cutting can produce a finished product in a fraction of the time of other conventional processes. Our advanced equipment offers a range of capabilities. Waterjets use a water/abrasive mixture to cut through most metals, ceramic, and plastic with exceptional efficiency & accuracy. We utilize waterjet cutting for various jobs as well as to provide an alternative to other cutting methods for a broad range of materials up to 6"/7" thickness.
