Our magnet separators are adaptable to either round pipe or rectangular chute transfer lines. Employing two heavy duty diverter equipped spout magnets positioned so that product flowing through the hump is forced into the magnetic fields. Our humps take advantage of the offset flow of the material and insure maximum tramp metal removal from the product flow. The hinged magnets are gasketed and clamped tightly to the hump housing for maximum product and dust containment, during processing operation. They swing open for removal of captured tramp metal. Ruggedly constructed from stainless steel and with welded flange mounting systems to fit chute or pipe applications, hump separators are available in different sizes.

Digital Gauss Meter
Our STR Model S 20 is a low cost digital Table Top instrument for measurement of d. c. magnetic fields is using Hall Probes. It has two ranges 20 K Gauss. A built in calibration facility ensures quick check of calibration. All the controls are mounted on the front panel and are clearly designed. An attractive plastic cabinet with carrying cum tilt bracket takes make the instrument light in weight and portable.

Electro Magnetic Vibrator
Our Electro Magnetic vibrators are connected to an a. c. supply system with protective conductor by means of a power unit. Power unit are required for the operation of the vibratory units at the prescribed oscillation frequency and for the continuous and practically powerless open or closed loop control of the oscillation amplitude, and hence of the delivery flow.

Pilot Impact Pulveriser
Our Pulverizers are recommended for medium fine grinding of soft semi hard materials. Appropriately sized mill chamber prevents build-up of deposits and blocking of the machine by fatty and sticky products. Cool powdering operation retains vital properties like color, taste and flavor. Extractors feature powerful parallel permanent magnets to capture ferrous tramp metal from dry material in high volume flows. It delivers effective tramp metal removal in a direct material flow. Extractors are ideal for protecting material processing and packaging machinery. Material enters through inlet and goes by the diverter angling the flow towards the powerful parallel permanent magnets. Capture ferrous tramp is held on the magnets. Stripper drawer is quickly removed for fast cleaning.
