Boilers are used for vaporizing liquids by passing the steam in the coils. Boilers are made by fusing number of parallel coils in a glass shell. Coils are designed to provide larger cross section in the shell side as compared to condensers. Immersion heat exchangers are used to control exothermic reaction in glass shell. These can be used with vessels having wider bottom outlet. Our digital temperature control indicator is used to control the temperature of the liquid in a glass in a typical unit of distillation. The instrument consists of a temperature indicator and detector. This instrument works on 230V, 50Hz power supply. This displays the temperature in degrees celsius and three & half digits of 12.5mm character height. Our two point digital temperature indicator is mainly used to control the temperature of the liquid in a glass vessel and temperature of vapor in a typical unit of distillation. Our vessels are available in spherical form of 5 to 200 liters and in cylindrical form of 5 to 300 liters capacity. Cylindrical vessels can be provided with the metal and glass jackets.
