Profile: Synaflex offers buffer channel extrusions, pump diaphragms, skirtboard rubber and Viton® sheets. We focus on extruded rubber products, molded rubber products, lathe cut products and rubber covered rolls. Our molded rubber products are made by compression molding, transfer molding and injection molding techniques. Our lathe cut products are manufactured from a cylindrical tube of rubber by inserting a mandrel into the tube and cutting the finished dimensions with a knife.
