Universal cylindrical grinder has been designed for between-center and chucking operations. These are available in manual and automatic infeed models & come in 8-10 inches swing by 20 inches center distance. KGS-616 is a manual tool room grinder. All cast iron components are well designed and ribbed for the best rigidity. High precision class 7 angular contact ball bearings are used on the cartridge spindle, integrated with dynamically balanced shaft, sealed & lubricated for life. Automatic saddle traveling is a three axes automatic surface grinder with small footprint. Castings are made of high quality ribbed cast iron that has been tempered to achieve extreme rigidity. The elevation guide ways are hand-scraped and secured to the column structure. The spindle is supported by CP4 preloaded super precision angular contact ball bearings. This guarantees a maximum run-out of 2 microns for heavy duty, stable and accurate grinding. Separate hydraulic system with a specially designed valve enables smooth table reversing with a 26 meter/min table speed. Automatic lubricating system ensures smooth and long lasting operation in all 3-axes.
