Profile: Tecpro Corp produces cored wires, inoculants and refractory coatings, which serves the foundry industry in both the metallurgical and sand areas. We have inoculants for Grey, and ductile Iron, which are formulated, produced and sized by ladle, instream and mold inoculation. We have solid cast inoculant inserts, "Germalloy®" and "Optigran®", which can offer flexible method. We also have cored wire technology for the production of ductile iron and C.G. iron. We can treat iron with sulfur levels of up to 0.09% in a one-step operation without prior desulfurization and treatment station can be located close to the pouring station and environmentally friendly because of fume control at the treatment station. We also offer refractory coatings for veining, metal penetration and sulfur pick-up problems.
