This platform offers healthy operating conditions and proper ergonomics. The operator is free to raise and lower the platform according to the operating tasks. Our conveyors & part handling conveyors are designed for any application. Indexing completed sub-assembly parts, such as underbody cross members, body side assembly handling, wheelhouse sub-assembly and D pillar patch delivery. Our standard synchronous floor carrier is a basic platform that tracks the vehicle and enables assembly operations to be performed in a comfortable position. The operator has complete control over the carrier with options of running in both auto & manual mode. The standard synchronous carrier can be used in feeder areas for the assembly of instrument panels, door assemblies, bumper and heater/AC components.
