Temperature Profile Controller, Model 6265

Description: Temperature Profile Controller, Model 6265, is a micro controller based unit with non–volatile memory. It provides 4 programmable profiles, each with maximum of 9 programmable segments. Percentage power of each segment is also programmable to avoid overshoots for different furnaces. An individual heater and cooler logic relays allows a superior profile control, particularly in ramp down segments. A user friendly setting requires only the time and end set point of every segment to be programmed with the segment slope value being automatically computed. The resumption of control from the point of power failure is possible since the status is stored in a non-volatile memory. Serial output is optionally available along with Windows-based software for logging/graphical display on PC. It is available in 48 x 96 mm sized attractive ABS cabinet with front panel membrane switches. The rear configuration lock prevents tampering with programmed parameters. This controller is ideal for applications such as heat treatment, stress relieving, ceramics and sequential temperature testing.
