These systems are designed to meet the particular requirements for temperature, flow and duty. Our systems include industrial refrigeration systems, low temperature chillers, hot water & thermal fluid temperature control units & modules and pumping systems. We provide a single source integrated mechanical/electrical system for process incorporation. Our hot water heating & cooling systems are used to control precise temperatures from 50°F to 250°F. Glycol/water system designs can provide for a wider operating temperature range from 0°F to 300°F temperature ranges with the same features to increase the operating temperature range. Our P series portable hot water units are designed for compact, single stand-alone trans-portability. Single zone modules grouped together on a common skid with individual control for each zone. The small footprint design includes easy installation of electrical connection through the back of the unit. Hinged electrical door provides ease of access to the electrical components. The mechanical assembly unit can be removed from the cabinet for servicing. We are specialized in the design, engineering and manufacture of low temperature chilling systems. Low temperature is defined as 20°F and below for fluid set points. Systems include single stage mechanical refrigeration to -40°F, dual stage systems to -70°F and cascade systems down to -80°F. For lower temperature requirements, we construct liquid nitrogen exchange systems that can achieve temperatures down to -160°F. Our systems are designed with a variety of low temperature fluids including ethylene and propyleneglycol/water mixtures, calcium chloride brine solutions & engineered low temperature fluids based on temperature range, duty & client preferences.
