Our Manual & Mechanical Bar Screens are very well suited for removing suspended and floating coarse debris such as weed, reed & rags from surface water. These Raked Bar Screens are suitable for use in:

• Effluent Treatment installations

Thickeners are available in different types and sizes for every type of service for the chemical, mining, pulp and paper industries and for industrial waste treatment. The drives are of beam, truss or center column supported or traction types. Automatic rake lifting devices and center column pumping are available. Special arms are provided for dense slurries. Main gears in drive-heads are of special steel; designed for wear resistance, surface durability and strength for high-torque applications. Waste treatment thickeners are available with center column pumping to avoid cost of tunnels.

The Solids Contact Reactor Clarifiers are divided into two different classes HRC and HRB mechanisms. HRC is the high rate column supported Reactor Clarifier of size ranging from 15m to 65m diameters. HRB is a high rate bridge mounted Reactor Clarifier supplied in sizes ranging from 3m to 23m diameters. The high rate Solids-Contact Reactor Clarifier operates with the raw influent liquid being brought into immediate contact with a large circulating volume of relatively dense previously formed floc and precipitate. The mixture of raw influent liquid and recirculated slurry is sent upward into the reaction cone with 75-90% being returned to recirculation with the incoming raw water. The remaining 10-25 % passes under the cone and into the clarification zone. Once in the clarification zone, the solids settle to the tank floor with the clarified liquid moving into the effluent launder and exiting tank.

Extractor Horizontal Belt Filter is a continuous Vacuum filter operating on a horizontal plane. Slurries are fed onto the surface from above and the unit utilizes both gravity and vacuum to effect rapid separation of liquid and solids. The full range of coarse granular to fine slime or fibrous solids can be processed because of the top feeding principle and excellent hydraulic design. It is especially suited to applications where low cake moisture and multi-stage cake washing are desirable. The cloth medium can be washed during each cycle or intermittently to prevent blinding and ensure full filtration efficiency. Liquid used to wash the medium cannot contaminate the feed or the products.

Agitator Disc Filter is a vertical leaf rotary vacuum filter particularly adapted to filtration of rapid settling solids. It is widely used in dewatering metallurgical slurries of all types, including coal. It can be selected where dewatering is the primary that can be selected where dewatering is the primary consideration. Due to its design, utilizing a filtering surface in a vertical plane, washing of the filter cake is very limited. Guided scraper provides for discharge of thin cakes, reduces wear on media.

Spiral Classifiers are designed to settle and dewater relatively coarse particles from high volume, low percent solid streams. The classifiers offer the best means of removing settleble solids & grit quickly & economically before they can enter the wastewater treatment system & damage expensive equipment such as clarifiers, floatation machines & digesters. EKCP classifiers are provided with motorized Hydraulic lifting device and replaceable wearing shoes.

The EIMCO-KCP Ltd has its manufacturing facilities at Ambattur, Chennai (one of the Industrial Estates started by Tamil Nadu Government with excellent infrastructural facilities) and also has highly qualified and experienced engineers in the relevant field. The engineers have been sufficiently trained to conduct test work to formulate the selection and size of the equipment to suit the process conditions.

The Eimco-KCP Ltd has won several Regional and National Awards including Best Exporters Shields for the export of capital equipment awarded by Engineering Export Promotion Council, Government of India.

The Eimco-KCP has obtained ISO 9001 Certification from Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) in February 1997 and also got the recertification valid till January 2012.
