Composite pipes are specialty pipes that feature a woven fiberglass body impregnated with epoxy resin. These pipes are an alternative for buried fuel lines, caustic chemicals and slurry service. This material can handle pressure up to 4000 PSI and is available in sizes from 1 to 72 inches. We supply pipe in exotic alloys such as monel, alloy 20, hastelloy, copper-nickel, aluminum-bronze and titanium. Stainless steel pipe is also available in seamless/welded, with wall thicknesses from Schedule 10 through double extra strong. Other grades of stainless are also available. We also stock high temperature/high pressure spiral wound gaskets, non-asbestos cut rings and full face gaskets. Spiral wound gaskets typically feature an outer/centering ring of carbon steel, and an inner winding of alternating strips of flexible graphite & stainless steel. Inner rings are required for higher pressure classes. Inner and outer rings are available in stainless steel & monel/carbon steel plus. Windings include stainless steel for the ultimate corrosion resistance. Corrugated metal gaskets are high performance gaskets for heat exchanger applications. They feature a corrugated metal form for strength, and a coating of flexible graphite for a surface that conforms to existing sealing faces. They mold in place filling surface irregularities and create a superior seal.
