We also offer a combination rubber and TPE convertible molding machine, that can switch processes & produce shot size repeatability across both processes. We rebuild and repair all types of rubber & plastic molding machines, including compression, transfer & injection machines, as well as all related secondary & testing equipment. We also upgrade old machines to work better and last longer based upon specific needs. We inspect a running machine and provide a basic tune-up. This includes making any adjustments necessary to comply with the OEM specifications. We design auxiliary equipment to support the molding process. From heat tables to rubber strip feed pullers, these machines help make rubber and plastic compression, transfer/injection molding processes run more efficiently. Auxiliary equipment also reduces the effects of wear and tear on machines & saves lost time due to worn parts. We offer testing machines to inspect parts once they have been molded.
