Profile: United Panel Corp. is engaged in design, fabrication and installation of Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) Panels. We offer in-house engineering, fabrication shop, and installation, also furnishes, fabricates & installs exterior metal wall systems. We take the field dimensions and create a panel fabrication ticket and lays a flat panel on the AXYZ machine, which reads the panel fabrication ticket to cut each panel to the precise specifications, using a separate tool for perimeter cuts, v-grooves, and miter cuts. While being cut, the panel is held in place with vacuum pressure to prevent damage to the face of the panel. A peel-off coat provides additional protection to the face of each panel.
