Unshrouded Impellers Manufacturers

Unshrouded impellers are used in high-speed machines, where the blades are exposed while the shrouded impellers are used in direct drive machines. The impeller to volute clearance on unshrouded impellers is smaller and more critical than on the direct drive machines with shrouded impellers. Shrouded impeller machines are often multi stage while high speed unshrouded impellers machines are often single staged.
