V Grooved Wheel Casters is designed for easy use on ordinary floors. It is accurately machined to fit snugly on angle iron track. It is used in industrial carts, assembly fixtures, containers, racks and other equipment where it is desirable to control direction, protect floors and provide ease of movement. Typical track plans are linear although curves, switches and turntables are added to provide a multi-directional control system. It is ideal for production systems which operate constantly from station to station. It allows better use of floor space and avoids cluttered aisles. It has nut and bolt axles, roller bearing and zinc plated. It is designed to guide equipment by rolling on inverted angle iron track. Elevated track minimizes problems caused by floor debris.
