Vacuum Heat Treatment is a process for stress relieving, vacuum hardening, tempering, vacuum annealing, vacuum sintering and vacuum brazing. The specifications include type – VHF01, capacity - 400 kg, size (in mm) - 500 x 500 x 800, vacuum level - 10-3 mbar, maximum temperature-1350°C, over pressure - 6 bar abs and uniformity - ±5°C. Vacuum heat treatment of high alloy steels and materials is being employed to an increasing degree of success.
