Profile:
Valvola Corp. provides technological assistance and high tech Bellow Sealed Valves for applications involving hazardous & difficult-to-handle fluids & gases.
We specialize in valve design and development with expertise in metallurgical techniques. The strategic use of Stainless steels, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy and other high performance metal and alloys makes Bellows Sealed Valves the optimum choice worldwide for an extremely broad range of applications including Vacuum Valves, Amonia Valves, Steam Valves, Hot Oil Valves, Boiler Valves, High Temperature Valve, High Pressure Valves and Polymer Valves.
The exceptional versatility, superior operating characteristics and consistent dependability of our bellow sealed valves have won us widespread acceptance across the chemical and hydrocarbon processing industries and throughout general industry.
Typical applications include: ammonia, chlorine, phosgene, benzene, nitrogen oxide, ethyl chloride, methyl chloride, ethylene oxide, heavy water, perchlorethylene, silane, sulphuric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, to name just a few of the many possible uses.
Bellow Sealed Valves In our Bellow sealed valves, conventional gland packing is replaced by a bellows cartridge welded to the valve bonnet and stem. A bellow is a long accordion-like tube. As the valve stem strokes, the bellows expands or compresses with the stroke movement. There are no sliding or rotating seals through which process fluid can pass. There are two main types of bellows, welded bellows and formed bellows.
Features of Bellow Sealed Valves
Bellow Seal Valve comply with full condition at high temperature and high pressure.
Bellow Seal prevents leakage of sensitive media which constitute high fire risk.
Our bellows are capable of withstanding 20,000 cycles and above without failure under pressure.
