Our oil & gas products include industrial filters, completion equipments, horizontal liner systems, sand control equipments, fishing & rental equipments, and production & workover equipments. Our industrial filters are manufactured using our proven oil field sand control screen manufacturing techniques. Each horizontal wire is electric resistance welded to each vertical wire at every point of contact. The gauge or mesh size can be as small as 0.003" (75 micron). Our filters and fittings are manufactured using 304L stainless steel. Material specifications are confirmed with the customer to ensure that it meets the project's requirements. We can custom manufacture flat filters to meet the individual specifications. We also manufacture a complete line of industrial nozzles and intakes. These can be manufactured with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm (1/2") to 304.8 mm (12"). Threaded connections, weld rings, end plates and centralizers of all types & sizes are available. The hydraulic torque anchor provides a reliable means of restricting right hand rotation of the tubing string. This anchor is actuated by differential hydraulic pressure between the tubing and the annulus. A higher internal tubing pressure causes the slips to engage the casing wall thus anchoring the tubing from further rotation. The slips are positively sealed with a conventional o-ring and are actuated by differential pressure. Once the slips engage the casing & torque is applied, the slips self actuate and then the pressure can be removed. At this point, the tool continues to restrict rotation. Once the torque & pressure differential are removed, the springs retract the slips back into the body and the tool can then be easily manipulated.
