Profile: Visoka Engineering Pvt. Limited offers extruded and finned tubes used in the air-cooled heat exchangers for the oil & gas, petrochemical process and power industries. Our high finned tubes are formed in a special rolling, ribbing process, which is bonded to the base tube. Our root brazed finned tubes are offered with fin strip of stainless steel tube and brazed with pure copper wire in a control atmosphere brazing furnace at a high temperature. We also design, engineer, manufacture and supply finned tubes heat exchangers in compliance with international codes. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. We offer extruded bi-metallic aluminum finned tubes for construction of heat exchangers for the range of temperatures from 233° to 598° K (-40° to 325°C). The fin OD ranges from 28 mm to 70mm.

In our extruded finned tubes, aluminum fins are formed from a bimetallic tube consisting of a base tube and an aluminum muff tube. The fins are formed on a cold rolling process from the wall thickness of the aluminum muff tube. Extruded fin gives very good corrosion protection to the base tube, as the base tube is not visible to the atmosphere in-between the fins. Maximum operating temperature for extruded finned tube is 325 deg C.
