Our fabrication services, evaporators, crystallizers, distillation systems, multiple effect evaporators, extruders, pellet mills and spray dryers have proven themselves in multiple client applications. Our formulation development and contract production services are available for both evaporation as well as granulation. We design, fabricate & test systems for the pharmaceutical, chemical, biotech, food, dairy, nutraceutical, and environmental industries. We specialize in multiple-effect evaporation systems, falling film, flash and forced circulation evaporation systems. We engineer every modular distillation system specifically for each application based on a very broad background of experience. Our systems are designed for ethanol distillation, solvent recovery, various chemical purifications, and stripping. Our technical expertise incorporates and includes binary & multi-component distillation, heat transfer, extractive distillation, fluid flow, azeotrope distillation, absorption, stripping & appropriate instrumentation & controls. We have provided complete engineering packages for project and budgeting development prior to construction. Our laboratory spray dryers are utilized to test spray drying feasibility, produce samples, and to develop optimum spray drying conditions. They can also be used to produce small production batches of highly valuable substances. Our smallest laboratory spray dryers have a capacity of 1 liter of water evaporation per hour.
