Profile: WARDJet Inc. is a manufacturer of abrasive water jet cutting machines. Our waterjet systems are available in a variety of sizes to meet our customers' varied needs. The Z-Series comes in several sizes, the Z-45, Z-513, Z-613, and Z-813. Our Z-Series and R-Series waterjets are high accuracy waterjets. Z-45 is built to allow benefit from a large working capacity, yet take up only a small part of the precious floor space. With a cutting envelope larger than 4' x 5', our waterjet allows for a wide variety of different sizes of materials to be cut with multiple cutting heads. By having an extra foot of space beyond the standard 4', we have created room for a second Z carriage to be parked when not needed, while still allowing the remaining head to have a full 4' of travel. It is also possible to cut 5’ wide with one or two heads on the system. The Z-45 is designed to allow longer sheets to be fed from front to back through the system, making it easy to cut sheets 5' wide by any length. So even though this is a small machine, it has the cutting capability of a 5' x 10' waterjet, or larger, when using our easy indexing capabilities. We offer 3 main controllers with the Z-Series waterjets, the X-Classic, the XL and the Burny LCD 10. We offer a full range of reliable, efficient waterjet intensifier pumps for around-the-clock operations, small prototype jobs, and every application in between. Our pumps are engineered to be easy to operate and even easier to maintain. A touch screen panel guides the operator through operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance logs. This lets to access the most powerful features and functions with the touch of a screen. Single large volume attenuator provides even output pressure to ensure optimal edge quality. An inlet water filter system removes impurities to maximize cutting head performance. Boost pumps increase inlet water flow for 50+ HP pumps.
