Profile: W. Amsler Equipment Inc, is a manufacturer of high efficient reheat stretch blow-molding machines and auxiliary equipment for the PET industry. We also provide auxiliary equipment for complete blow-molding plants, water-treatment and filling lines. These products include bottle-inspection units, air compressors, process chillers, mold temperature-control units, blow-dome spin-off trimmers, dumpers, vacuum conveyors and blow molds. We offer two lines of blow molding equipment. Our linear series is available with outputs of up to 10,000 bottles per hour. Our rotary blow molding equipment produces up to 22,000 bottles per hour and it is available with options such as nick orientation, hot fill containers, wide mouth jars & variable height discharge system. We also supply blow-molding ancillaries such as bottle inspection unit, spin trimmer, vacuum bottle conveyor, palletizer, compressors and chillers. We provide services such as mold/bottle design, mold testing and pilot production. Our bottle inspection unit is available with installation options such as on existing conveyor line, free standing (movable between existing conveyor lines)/mounted on optional conveyor.
