Our ZB3A Rotary Lobe Pumps are ideal for handling viscous and abrasive fluids, including high solids content. These pumps offer low shear and gentle handling of the liquid to minimize product degradation. Rotary lobe pumps are available in 3-libe, butterfly and single butterfly curved particle rotor pump. Typical fluids handled with the lobe pump includes sludge with high dry-matter content, mud slurries, chemicals, centrifuge feed fluid, meat offal, cement slurry, gypsum, sauces with vegetables, and marmalade.

TRL In-Line High Shear Mixer
In-line high shear mixer is a high performance equipment used for continuous production or circulated treatment of fine material. In the small chamber, there are 1-3 sets of paired and clutched stators & rotor. Driven by motor, the rotor revolve quickly and produces a strong axial suction force which intakes the material to the chamber. The machine disperses, shears, homogenizes & emulsifies the material in shortest time, and the diameter rang of the particles gets smaller so that fine & stable products are produced.

Batch Mixer quickly and evenly disperse a phase or phases to another consecutive phase. Usually, these phases are dissolvable to each other. The rotor revolves quickly and strong force is produced through high tangent speed & high frequency mechanical effect. Therefore, the material in the narrow slot among stator and rotor receives strong forces from mechanical & liquid shearing, centrifugal force, pressing, liquid fraction, clashing, tearing & rush water. The dissolvable solid, liquid and gas material is then instantly dispersed & emulsified evenly & finely with better production procedures and appropriate addictives & finally products with stable high quality are made.
