Profile: Whitehead Die Casting Co. is a die casting company. We produce aluminum and zinc castings and our casting machines range from 450 tons to 1,000 tons in aluminum and from 150 tons to 400 tons in zinc, with melting equipment and trim presses. Our primary alloys are 380 Aluminum and #3 Zinc. We produce castings from 0.10 to 8 lbs. We have in-house finishing capabilities, which includes drilling, tapping, reaming, broaching, parting-line deburring and Sanding, vibratory finish in both ceramic & steel ball burnish media, powder Coating & sub-assembly. We also offer tool design, construction and support.
