Our CS-IMU-03 digital inertial measurement unit is a combination of several MEMS techniques with a solid-state inertial sensor capable of measuring six degrees of freedom. This device integrates 3 vertical fixed micromechanical quartz angular rate sensors, 3 high-performance accelerometers and DSP techniques as a whole. Our CS-MPG100-series feature a pressure manometer mounted on the top of our CS-MPT100-series products. Therefore, an additional analogy pressure indication by the pressure manometer, CS-MPG100, CS-MPG200, CS- MPG300 and CS-MPG400 possess the same function as a CS-MPT100, CS-MPT200, CS-MPT300 and CS-MPT400 respectively. The pressure manometer of CS-MPG100-series is made from stainless steel, and its display panel is of 100mm in diameter with 1.5% accuracy for indicated melt pressure. The zero of analog pressure indication can be easily adjusted via a screw on the manometer housing.
