Zero Discharge System

Description: Zero Discharge System is used for the treatment of industrial effluent with economical operation and quality discharge to meet the stringent pollution control norms. It is used in industries such as molasses based distilleries, grain based distilleries, textile/dyeing industries, chemical industries, bulk drug manufacturing units, tannery industries, pharmaceutical industries, paper industries and common effluent treatment plants. The technology of zero discharge effluent treatment system varies for different industrial effluents. The basic principle is concentrating the effluent and subsequently drying it to a powdered form, which can be used as a alternative fuel for boilers or as an organic/inorganic fertilizer for plant growth or as land fill.
