We work with OEM's, injection molders and other mold makers all over the world, to provide engineering, molds & mold components. Our CNC lathes are capable of manufacturing round cores and ensure that mold components are built to 3D designs. Every critical dimension of the mold and electrodes are measured & certified before assembly/use. High speed CNC machines are used for cutting mold components and electrodes. EDM machines are used on finer details and areas than cannot be CNC machined.
