Pipe burners are widely used atmospheric gas burners made in many sizes, lengths, and capacities. These are designed with correctly spaced ports properly sized for the gas to be burned. These burners are used for the heating of vats, kettles, tanks and other containers which permit the burners to be installed underneath. These are also used for oven and furnace heating for many applications where materials may be heated by direct contact.
Pipe caps are used to block off the end of a line by welding to the pipe. These caps are not stored in a position to trap rainwater or sand. These caps are used in a part of the system that is dismantled. Pipe caps are available in all standard sizes from 1/2″ to 42″ and special sizes up to 72″ c. Pipe caps are designed to protect plain exposed ends of pipes while in transit or awaiting use.
Pipe coatings are formulated with a blend of synthetic polymers that provide long-term rust protection of ferrous and non-ferrous pipe. Cathodic protection is used to prevent the corrosion processes from occurring at flaws in the pipe coatings.
