Air Break Disconnect Switches are not intended to actively switch load current. These switches are provided to enable the isolation of equipment for maintenance and repair.

Air-cooled reflector is intended to operate at temperatures far cooler than that of conventional reflectors. The unit draws cool air from outside which it then forces into the unit, over the hot lamp. The heated air is the expelled outside the aquarium. This can result in a heat reduction of between 65-75% within the aquarium. This reduction in heat allows delivering more growth light to the tank minus the damaging effects of the associated heat. The reduction in heat also has the added benefit of prolonging lamp life.

These reactors are employed over the full range of distribution and transmission voltages, including EHV and HVDC. Dry type air core reactors are mainly used for current limiting applications due to their inherent of inductance vs. current.

These blowers require 30 cfm at 40 psi, aluminum fan satisfies explosionproof requirements, include steel base & handles, ASB housing, two-stage filter, provide free air output at 1800 cfm and delivers 1350 cfm with one 90 degree bend & 900 cfm with two 90 degree bends. They use statically conductive ducting if blower is used in hazardous environment.
