Guiberson Tubing Spiders handles 17,000 feet of 2-3/8″ O.D. tubing, dependable one-man operation and converts quickly from manual to air. They accommodate all sizes of pipe from 1.315″ to 4-1/2″. These spiders include positive rotation grip, which provides automatic alignment, even load distribution and maximum holding power.

Guide bushing plates provide positional accuracy, consistent sizing and less setup time. It is also required for many multiple spindle head applications.

Guide Rings are offset within the toroidal cavities to equalize flow areas in the cells. A guide-ring comprises a graphite body and a mechanically attached insert, preferable made of metal. Cylinders used in mobile applications use guide rings to prevent metal-to-metal contact of the rod and the barrel.

Guide Rod Cylinders are in the maximum length of 25mm, plus stroke. These are used in electronics, semiconductor, packaging, pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing industries. The cylinders are available in bore sizes of 6mm or 10mm with stroke lengths from 5mm to 15mm on the smaller model or up to 20mm on the larger size. Cushioning is also included in the form of rubber bumpers at both ends of the stroke.
