Pit Furnace Washer is a full cone spray nozzle located around and below the workspace. It has electric plug type immersion heating elements and easy top loading chamber from overhead crane. It is a complete, pre-wired freestanding control panel with disconnected switch. It provides fast efficient washing of heat treat loads whether they are integrated into a complete pit furnace system or used with other heat treat equipment. The water temperatures of up to 180°F. It has natural or propane gas-fired burner system.

Pit pot type furnace is mainly used for bright or black annealing of ferrous / non-ferrous materials, gas carburizing, gas nitriding and many more such processes.
