Chlorinators (30 suppliers)
The chlorinator receives the chlorine gas from the storage container or evaporator and regulates the flow to the ejector. Different types of chlorinators are direct feed, pressure type, remote vacuum type, and sonic flow type. A conventional chlorinator consists of the several units: an inlet pressure-reducing valve, a rotameter, a metering control orifice, and a vacuum differential regulating valve. The driving force comes from the vacuum created by the chlorine ejector. The feed rate varies from 30 to 5000 kg/d.

Chlorine Analysis (1 supplier)
Chlorine Analyzers (20 suppliers)
Chlorine Analyzers are used for low level determination of chlorine in a variety of materials. This analyser works by burning samples in an argon/oxygen atmosphere, transferring the resultant chloride to a titration cell, and automatically titrating it with silver ions that are generated.

Chlorine Evaporators (1 supplier)
Chlorine evaporators convert liquid chlorine to chlorine gas by passing the liquid through a hot water bath. They are generally used when the chlorine withdrawal exceeds 680 kg/d. Each evaporator contains an electric water heater and a pump to recirculate the hot water. Evaporator receives the liquid chlorine from the container and vaporizes it to chlorine gas in a sealed pressurized chamber. The chamber is surrounded by a hot water bath, which provides the heat for vaporization. All evaporators should be equipped with a pressure-reducing, automatic shut-off valve to prevent liquid chlorine from entering the chlorinator. A cathodic protection system should be provided to protect against corrosion, and the exterior of the water bath should be insulated.

Chlorine Generators (12 suppliers)
The main function chlorine generator is to produce chlorine for the pool. This keeps a residual of chlorine in the pool that prevents algae from growing. There are two types of chlorine generators in use on residential pools. The first one is a brine unit. This unit does not require the pool to have salt added to it. A tank or chamber at the pool equipment area has a predetermined amount of salt in it. Through electrolysis, chlorine is produced and immediately injected into the pool circulation system.

Chlorine Leak Detectors (2 suppliers)
Chlorine leak detectors consist of a control unit and a sensor. Sensors are available in two different types such as single and double sensor leak detectors. A chlorine leak detector sounds an alarm when elevated chlorine concentrations are found. It sounds continuously for the duration of the abnormal concentrations. The employees, contractors and visitors exit from the leak area while observing the wind direction and report to the designated area. Two chlorine leak detector are installed in the chlorination room to alert the plant staff quickly in the event of a chlorine leak. One chlorine leak detector is located next to the chlorinators and the other chlorine leak detector is located next to the active containers. An audible alarm automatically sounds inside and outside of the building.

Chlorine Residual Analyzer (7 suppliers)
Chlorine residual analyser measures the residual chlorine indirectly. There are three methods for residual chlorine analysis, which includes calorimetre, amperometre and polarograph. The most common method of analysis is the amperometric method. It is the method used by most regulatory agencies to monitor chlorine residuals.
